I think it will help me decide what to do if the wisteria finally says 'I can not compete any longer with that redwood tree that somebody planted six feet from my knarly roots. It was wonderful while I could climb up in to its branches; then the Parks gardener thought I was "out" of my territory and I got pruned back.'
